Here, you can find the Terms and Conditions for Paphian Blue Travel Agency.

Booking of services and payment

Booking of one of our services like tours, excursions or activity is made in the following way:

  1. Find via our website the service you want to book and complete the Enquire Form form which is located at the right side of the page or at the bottom of the page if you are using smart phone.
  2. We verify your booking and we send you a reference number that you will use to verify your booking with the tour guide.
  3. You pay using the link that we will send you on the verification email

 

Execution of Excursions

  1. Excursions are carried out on comfortable buses, equipped with air conditioning.
  2.  Excursions are accompanied by licensed CTO guides.
  3. We recommend that you arrive on the gathering point of the excursion 10 minutes before the specified time.
  4. The Company reserves the right, without prior notification, to change excursion routes, if these changes occurred for reasons beyond the control of the company.

Cancellation and refund policy

Booking of one of our services like tours, excursions or activity is made in the following way:

  1. In all cases of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the excursion, no refunds will be given.
  2. Non-refundable reasons for cancellation: cancellation less than 24 hours before the excursion; late arrival; providing incorrect personal and contact information when booking.
  3. If you are unable to attend a previously booked excursion due to illness or other serious reasons, you should contact us via email or the website’s contact form

General Provision

  1. The Company is not liable for the loss of personal belongings.
  2. Observe the safety precautions. Otherwise, the Company is not liable for any possible damage to life and health.
  3. The company is not responsible for the aggravation and complications associated with chronic diseases.
  4. All time specifications given in the descriptions of the shared excursions are indicative. Paphian Blue Travel does not guarantee their exact fulfilment.
