Galata Village

Galata is located 60 kilometres west of Nicosia in the beautiful valley of Solea. It is built in the two banks of the River Klarios that crosses through it and it is literally drowning in green. It is conjunct with the neighbouring community of Kakopetria. You can find The Museum of Folkloric Art andthe church of Panagia tis Podithou (Protected by Unesco) among other things.
